Requirements:

  • The candidates should have good command in Cantonese, Mandarin & English (Ability to read and write in Traditional Chinese Character is a MUST)
  • Primarily candidates who has the customer service experience would be preferred. Candidate must know how to read traditional chinese.
  • Candidate must be able to attend work physically on a daily basis.
  • Candidate must be close to Nusajaya, Johor.

The Salary would be as below :

  • Basic - RM 3000
  • KPI - RM 400
  • 6th day allowance - RM300
  • Night Shift Allowance - RM300

Age requirements: Below 35 years
Education level: SPM and above.
Working days: 6 days a week
Working hours: 3 shifts to choose from

The candidates are expected to handle incoming calls from the customer. Depending on Candidate’s language ability, they will have to complete assessments and will be based on projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From RM3,000.00 per month
