Job Description:

Position: Welder
Salary: INR 18,000 to 20,000 per month.
Experience: Candidates with 2 to 5 years of welding experience are preferred, but freshers can also apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Welding Tasks:
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan welding activities.
- Execute welding operations using suitable methods and techniques.
- Determine the best welding equipment or method based on requirements.
- Use various welding methods as needed for the task at hand.
Equipment Maintenance:
- Regularly maintain welding tools and equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is safe and in working order.
Quality Assurance:
- Examine finished welds to check for flaws or imperfections.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and design specifications.
Safety:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) consistently.
- Report any unsafe conditions immediately.
Documentation:
- Keep accurate records of completed welds, used materials, and other relevant information.
- Stay updated with new welding techniques and best practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Welding certification or training is a plus.
- Proven experience in welding, preferably 2 to 5 years, but freshers are also welcome.
- Familiarity with different welding methods (e.g., TIG, MMA).
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and handle heavy equipment/materials.
- Good stamina and hand-eye coordination.
- Willingness to work in varied conditions.
