Meet your team

The service and support team provides ongoing technology support and services to SAP customers. They follow-up post sales, ensure customer satisfaction, advise on product performance and maintenance issues, and more.

Our team has members located both in Budapest and Vienna. In Budapest we like to have lunch together in our canteen at least once a week. There are multiple Senior Engineers in our team who are experienced in mentoring new talents.


What you’ll do

  • Get familiar with business processes and transactions in the areas of Business Warehouse in the SAP System
  • Engage with customers by utilizing real-time channels and tools to support them on this area
  • Analyze cases, perform in-depth troubleshooting to identify and solve complex technical and business issues
  • Collaborate with fellow Support Colleagues and other internal organizations to provide superior Customer service
  • Work 24 hrs/week – you get the flexibility to accommodate your work hours to your studies - partially remotely


What you bring

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Enrollment as student in a Bachelor's or Master's degree, applicable to the related field.
  • Strong communication skills both written and spoken in English.
  • Ability to work in teams of multicultural nature.
  • Open personality and good communication style.
  • Fast learner with IT affinity.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Duration: 12 months
Work schedule: 24 hours/week
