Your Impact


We are looking for a Media Account Manager to play a significant role in driving our business forward by understanding and effectively communicating the value of our Full Funnel Media competitive offering to prospects and clients. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a new business strategy, identifying and pursuing new opportunities, and arranging business meetings with potential clients, including media agencies and brands.


Being part of a fast-paced and growing organization, we seek a self-starter with exceptional communication and leadership skills to drive business growth.


The successful candidate will be based at the TDG HQ in Athens.

Key Responsibilities


  • Understand the value of Project Agora's Full Funnel Media competitive offering and articulate its benefits in a manner meaningful to prospects and clients.
  • Develop Project Agora's new business strategy by expanding the advertising network and building a large new opportunities pipeline.
  • Conduct research to identify new opportunities and arrange business meetings with prospective clients (Media Agencies & Brands), and deliver effective customized presentations.
  • Build long-term client relationships with both Brands and Agencies, act as their strategic media advisor to ensure client retention.
  • Take ownership and overview of campaign execution for client accounts.
  • Work as part of the broader commercial and growth team to improve execution and drive great team results.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback, data-driven Business Review presentations, and upsell opportunities to enhance client relationships.
  • Utilize reporting tools and dashboards to develop sales performance summaries, monitor client commercial deals, and track key account revenues.
  • Continuously educate client partners on publisher media best practices, marketing tactics, and new products.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, providing actionable advertiser sales, product, marketing, and operational feedback to contribute to the company's growth.
  • Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.

We’re looking for someone who


  • Has 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably within the Media or Digital Advertising ecosystem.
  • Holds a BA/ BSc in Marketing /Communications / Business related field.
  • Displays excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Is looking to consistently produce high-quality work, with a proactive attitude.
  • Is able to identify opportunities presented from customers and turn them into projects.
  • Demonstrates outstanding listening, negotiation presentation and analytical skills.
  • Is able to prioritize and deliver to strict deadlines.
  • Is a team player, motivated and self-driven.
