Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a complex, highly available, and distributed cloud-based solution, ensuring its high level of quality throughout its lifecycle
Collaborate in the design of robust, scalable, and testable software solutions within a fast-paced environment
Engage actively in all stages of development, including research, design, development, and testing
Contribute to the front-end development of our bank services
Work closely with your team, Product Managers, designers, architects, DevOps, and other tech leads at the comany to deliver exceptional results
Foster the growth and development of your team members, providing guidance and support
Take responsibility for the timely and successful delivery of the team's projects
Diagnose and resolve issues in production, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance

Job Qualifications:

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a Team Lead, with strong leadership and technical skills
Proficient in Spring/Spring Boot framework and its core concepts
Experience with build tools e.g., Maven/Gradle
Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases
Strong knowledge of AWS services and infrastructure
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
Deep understanding of microservices architecture and best practices
Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
Results-oriented proactive problem solver
