Scope of Position:

The Scheduling team is responsible for ensuring the daily workflow runs smoothly and efficiently, by rostering radiologists in accordance with their preferences and our demand. As a Workforce Scheduler you will help us achieve that by working with stakeholders and nurturing relationships with radiologists. This role is at the heart of our business and can make a real difference to patients lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and ensure radiologists are scheduled in accordance with business capacity requirements
  • Communicate with Radiologists on a regular basis to fill both baseline and flexible capacity needs
  • Provide detailed feedback to senior management on capacity deviation issues
  • Nurture and maintain long-term relationships with existing radiologists through positive and responsive engagement
  • Increase radiologists’ commitments to Everlight and enhance their experience with the business
  • Assist with the Radiologist payment process by ensuring shifts are captured correctly, bonuses are reviewed, and timesheets are finalized and validated ahead of weekly export and monthly pay run

What we are looking for:

  • Roster scheduling experience
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, organisation and team collaboration skills
  • Relates well to others in a confident and persuasive manner
  • Adapts and responds well to change, managing and coping effectively with setbacks.
  • Demonstrates financial awareness through controlled cost management.
  • Accept and tackles demanding goals with enthusiasm with evidence of achieving KPIs
  • Great attention to detail and ability to maintain data entry accurately and efficiently
  • Experience with CRM/ Salesforce experience is desirable
  • Knowledge and understanding of the emergency health care system in Australia, New Zealand and the UK are strongly desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
