Sales Support Coordinator

Required for a Travel Company based in Kuta, Badung Regency. Primary duties involve; creating travel itineraries, supporting Travel Designers and preparing final documentation packs for clients.

The Employee will be responsible for including but not limited to the:

  • The primary role is to act as a travel administrator creating Lightfoot Itineraries with the assistance and support of Lightfoot’s Travel Designers
  • Log sales enquiries and track progress
  • Produce client documentation and perform final departure checks
  • Amend and add photographs to the Lightfoot database
  • Make restaurant reservations for travelling clients
  • Add country and supplier information to the Lightfoot database
  • Other administrative duties if necessarily requested.

Background Experience & Key Skills

  • Excellent spoken and written English is essential
  • Proficient with IT applications, including word, excel and outlook
  • A passion for the world of travel
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team player and willingness to be flexible in a small team, innovative thinking, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Travel industry experience is not essential but would be an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: Rp4,500,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Badung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
