As a Lead Qualifier, you will contribute to the sales efforts by qualifying leads from the leads generations/marketing campaigns as Sales Opportunities and by contacting potential customer through cold calls and emails.
Key Activities / Accountabilities
- Basic sales probing skills to understand customer’s shipping profile.
- To support outdoor sales as an lead generator, gathering and qualify leads from all different vertical.
- To achieve outbound call KPI and number of qualified leads KPI set by the company.
- Continually develop knowledge of FMX’s services and general commercial awareness in order to provide the best possible standard of customer service and maximise the department’s contribution to the sales function.
- Execute call strategies provided by Indoor Sales Supervisor or Head of Sales.
- Use communication skills to identify decision makers for FMX shipping and gain access to them.
- Combine sales skills with FMX product / service knowledge and convert the maximum possible suspect leads into prospects / identify rank-up potential during re-qualification.
Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Diploma/Degree holder in logistics, supply chain, or any field.
- Prefer One (1) year of Telesales/Customer Service/Sales experience in any industry.
- Experience in Courier/Logistics/Supply chain industry will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage.
